My iPod needs a heart transplant. I'm very sad, it's terminal I think.
It might be too soon to start looking for a replacement. I don't think I can bear the thought of a brand new one. To think, I have all these adorable accessories for it.
Just check out this awesome Velvet Ivy iPod case that I have. How can I bear to part with this if I get a new teeny tiny nano?
So I'm willing to do whatever it takes. Emergency rooms, iRepair shops, positive thinking... you name it, I'm gonna try it!
I'd check out iRepair. If the battery is too much though, it's probably worth just buying a Shuffle or one of the new Nanos.

our ipods are related, mine has a serious case of broken screen!
the hard drive was a little busted last summer (only cost me 40$ with a 1 yr warranty)
I'm checking out the irepair on elm sometime this week for my screen though- I'm hoping they can save it, there is no way I want to replace my fat old school ipod!

Thanks Ram, I checked out irepair.ca and it looks like I'm going to run into $40. It's about the same for a screen replacement service Shil. Now the only question now is if it's worth it for us to just buy a brand new one or not... I'm really going to miss the heavy, chunkiness of it all.
