Why can't it be summer already?
I was freezing last night, even though the day was somewhat sunny and it seemed as if it was going to warm up, the temperatures dropped and probably froze the cherry blossoms in High Park right off.
I spent yesterday at my niece's 2nd birthday party, and boy am I ever exhausted. I think there were only 6 kids, but that made 2 sets of parents each, plus grandparents, aunts and a jumpy castle... I am in serious need of some sunshine now, and counting the days to my upcoming vacation in Florida.
Only 3 more weeks to go, until then, I'm going to make this Macbeth Collection paisley vase my desktop background to cheer me up through these next few weeks.
I love the beautiful pink vase and the use of metal, but since the flowers aren't a part of the $50 price tag, I'll just stick to looking at it through my computer screen for now.
